Tacoma Duplex with VA Loan- Walking into Equity

I began working with Aaron on January 13th. On February 27th we closed on a duplex in Tacoma. It probably would’ve been even faster had I not been using a VA loan. It only took a couple of weeks to find and get under contract on my property. I was looking to house hack a duplex and Aaron knew exactly what to look for.
